My buying experience with Allan was outstanding. I originally contacted him on Saturday and he was able to meet me on a Sunday and by Tuesday I had a contract on it (3 other offers) (many showing requests). It's a beautiful 1940's Bungalow home with some cosmetic blemishes but after getting a 4 point inspection revealed nothing I couldn't handle or live with for a little while.
